Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Solutions Consultant within its International Product Engineering organization to shape technology solutions across Europe, Australia, and the Americas. You will partner with stakeholders, product managers, architects, and SMEs to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear problem statements, solution options, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in consulting, business analysis, program management, product management, technology strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience facilitating discussions and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of technology architecture concepts and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities to understand and analyze complex business challenges.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify capability needs and align solutions.
• Translate ambiguous business requests into clear problem statements and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Solutions Architects, and SMEs to assess options, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Develop business cases, analyses, and recommendations to support strategic investment decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders across business and technology.
• Identify opportunities to deliver reusable solutions across regions and lines.
• Facilitate discussions among stakeholders with competing priorities.
