Vanguard is seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor within Workplace Technologies. The role partners with business and technology leaders to address complex challenges and shape scalable solutions across people, process, data, and technology.

The position involves discovery, problem framing, evaluating tradeoffs, and driving alignment to enable informed decision-making and successful delivery, with emphasis on platform modernization, experience transformation, and AI

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of related work experience, with at least three years in development.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key partners to ensure priorities, tradeoffs, and recommendations are understood and aligned.
• Translates complex business challenges into strategic, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Partners with business and IT leaders to align initiatives, priorities, and delivery sequencing to strategic plans.
• Influences organizational decision-making by synthesizing insights on existing technologies, emerging capabilities, and market trends.
• Leads the evolution of capability landscapes for one or more lines of business in partnership with product, business, and architecture stakeholders.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of business functions and operating models, applying technical and functional expertise to design scalable solutions.
• Participates in strategic initiatives, enterprise programs, and special projects as assigned.
