Job summary

OP is seeking a visionary Solutions Architect to lead design and deployment of transformative technology solutions in a dynamic environment. You will drive scalable, secure, high-performance systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
10+ years IT experience with at least 3 years as a developer and 3 years as a solution architect.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred; TOGAF certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee architecture design for key projects and coordinate with architects and designers across solution, infrastructure, and data disciplines to address business challenges.
Collaborate with delivery teams, QA, Infrastructure Engineering, and Shared Services partners to align strategies and estimates.
Identify business problems, create new capabilities, and design scalable, secure technology solutions that meet requirements and optimize performance and cost.
Provide architectural guidance by collaborating with portfolio teams, IT departments, and external partners. Present strategies, incorporate feedback, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Mentor technical teams within Scrum environments, guiding complex architectural challenges while ensuring best practices and project goals.
Continuously assess and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks to meet evolving project needs while ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
Promote modular design and apply security practices such as least privilege and data protection across systems.
Drive quality and security metrics and ensure adherence to automated code review processes.
Evaluate design options by creating high-level cost estimates for various architectural approaches.
Design and review high-availability and disaster-recovery architectures to meet enterprise standards.
