Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a Solution Architect to design scalable, secure technology solutions that align with product goals and enterprise standards. You will lead architecture efforts with product owners and engineering teams, translating business needs into practical designs and guiding delivery through complex, distributed systems.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex technology solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern application architecture, cloud, APIs, integration, and data-driven systems.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or product-oriented delivery models.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs involving cost, speed, quality, risk, and maintainability.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for products, applications, and value-stream initiatives.
• Define end-to-end designs across application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs and plans.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to align decisions.
• Govern architecture choices with standards, governance, and shared platforms.
