Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Solutions Architect to provide expert guidance to government clients and lead the design of self-sufficiency programming. You will shape strategies, develop scalable service solutions, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include partnering with state and local customers, integrating health data with clinical workflows, and ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred in Social Services or Social Work or related field.
• 10+ years in Social Services or Social Work with displaced persons.
• Understanding of social work interventions to support self-sufficiency.
• Experience developing and implementing programming for displaced persons.
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience integrating health data with clinical workflows and public health programs.
• Leadership in state and/or national social service projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership – Engage with Sr. Level government customers and architect innovative program solutions.
• Shape strategies for best and evidence-based practice and self-sufficiency.
• Advocate for and implement solutions addressing multi-systems alignment for services.
• Solution Development – Design scalable systems and build tools/methodologies.
• Collaboration & Mentorship – Work with multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
