Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Consultant to join our team supporting a Salesforce initiative. This role involves close collaboration with clients to gather business requirements, document process flows, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Must be a U.S. citizen and TS/SCI poly strongly preferred, and must meet pre-employment qualifications.

Qualifications

• Lead the functional alignment between the USSF baseline metadata package and the customer’s operational processes.
• Validate data architecture, object models, user security matrix, and portal access structures in the target environment.
• Guide the Solution Consultant and Developer in configuring declarative and programmatic components to match target requirements.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Public Sector, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to cross-functional project teams; mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation using Flow, Approval Processes, Einstein features, and other declarative tools.
• Ensure automation is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance and compliance standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate designs via prototypes and iterative feedback cycles.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and optimization opportunities.
