Job summary

Soni is seeking a Solution Architect to design and guide scalable, secure technology solutions that align with business goals and enterprise standards. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and delivery teams to translate requirements into practical architectural designs and implementations.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, supporting architecture reviews and governance while balancing risk, complexity, and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and supporting complex technology solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern application architecture, cloud, APIs, integration, and data-driven systems.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or product-oriented delivery models.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs involving cost, speed, quality, risk, and maintainability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design activities for products, applications, and value-stream initiatives.
• Define end-to-end designs for application, integration, data, infrastructure, and security components.
• Make architecture decisions that balance delivery goals with quality and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and engineering teams to align decisions with priorities.
• Provide guidance on feature scope, trade-offs, and technology choices.
• Support roadmap planning by evaluating dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Review proposed designs to ensure alignment with architectural expectations.
• Escalate significant risks or cross-domain challenges when necessary.
• Provide hands-on architecture support during design, development, and deployment efforts.
