Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect in Buffalo, NY to design and deliver comprehensive solutions aligned with architecture standards. You will work with enterprise architects and Agile teams to translate business drivers into robust designs that meet product needs.

In this role you will guide decision-making, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate across domains to deliver scalable infrastructure and software solutions that drive client success and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of diverse experience in software engineering and delivery.
• Experience across multiple programming languages.
• Experience in infrastructure and solution architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with domain leadership and enterprise architects to understand business drivers and determine solution designs.
• Assist domain decision-making by working with domain experts to articulate value and tradeoffs.
• Participate in creating enterprise architecture standards and ensure solution quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile ceremonies.
• Produce, refine, and align architecture for strategic initiatives with EA principles.
• Identify impacts of new technologies and trends within a domain.
• Participate in governance activities as required.
• Assist other architects to manage architecture for dependent products.
