Job summary
Littelfuse, a NASDAQ: LFUS diversified industrial technology company, seeks a Lead Solutions Systems Architect to drive system architecture for semiconductor solutions in the Battery Energy Storage Systems market. You will shape integration into utility-scale energy storage and collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Application Engineering.
The role requires deep expertise in power electronics, BESS, and multi-level inverters, with a track record influencing technical direction with OEMs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- 8+ years in power electronics and BESS with semiconductor applications.
- Experience with system-level power conversion architectures and inverter topologies.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve system-level architectures for BESS including PCS, inverters, protection, SST designs.
- Translate requirements into scalable solution roadmaps.
- Define future semiconductor product requirements with PM and R&D.
- Act as technical authority in OEM/customer engagements.
- Develop reference architectures, technical collateral, and blueprints.
- Support AP/FAE on complex customer challenges.
- Influence technology strategy, design wins, and growth.
- Represent Littelfuse at conferences and in publications.
