Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Solution Architect to identify, shape, and build new business opportunities across digital workspace, networking, data center, and mobility. They collaborate with clients, sales, and delivery teams to align requirements, assess options, and craft proposals delivering value for customers and WWT.

The role requires 5–7 years in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery, with leadership experience in the SLED market and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery.
• 2+ years of experience leading people in SLED market.
• Experience creating, defining, selling, or delivering large-scale technology services engagements.
• Strong communication and engagement skills across all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative infrastructure-based solutions across Digital Workspace, Networking, Data Center, and Mobility.
• Advise clients with tailored recommendations to drive value and long-term partnerships.
• Promote cross-offering services to enrich engagements and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with account teams to align sales and delivery efforts.
• Mentor and develop junior team members within solution development teams.
• Define project scopes, value assessments, and build plans for execution.
