Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a visionary Solution Architect to shape the future of our logistics, retail freight-pay, and audit solutions. You will translate complex business processes into scalable architectural designs, guiding modernization and transformation across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java ecosystems on GCP.

You will influence senior leaders, align technology investments with business goals, and drive innovation while delivering end-to-end architectural outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8–15+ years of technology experience with at least 5 years in solution architecture.
• Experience with large-scale transformations and integration of SAP BRIM and Salesforce, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
• Strong cloud and data analytics experience including GCP, BigQuery, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the end-to-end architectural vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and our long-term technology transformation.
• Executive Communication: Present complex architectural concepts and roadmaps to leadership and stakeholders with clarity.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of modern technology landscape across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java apps, and GCP analytics.
• Customer & Partner Integration: Architect scalable integrations connecting partner ERPs and pharmacy systems with retail offerings.
• Technical Governance: Serve as the primary technical authority and mentor project teams.
• Innovation & Modernization: Identify automation opportunities and reduce technical debt through architecture decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product owners, leads, and enterprise architects to translate strategy into designs.
• Business Process Insights: Understand end-to-end data flows to guide solution design across complex landscapes.
• Adoption of AI: Drive AI adoption and secure AI-enabled solutions in the roadmap.
