Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a visionary Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architectural strategy across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java, and Google Cloud, aligning technology with business goals and customer outcomes in a complex healthcare ecosystem.

You will translate complex business processes into scalable designs, influence executives, mentor teams, and drive modernization and AI-enabled solutions across the portfolio to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8-15+ years of technology experience with at least 5 years in solution/enterprise architecture.
• Experience with large-scale transformations, including SAP BRIM and Salesforce integrations.
• Cloud expertise, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP); AWS/Azure also valuable.
• Strong data and analytics platform knowledge: BigQuery, Databricks, Tableau, Looker.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the end-to-end architectural vision and strategy.
• Executive Communication: Present roadmaps to leadership and stakeholders clearly.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead design across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java apps, and GCP analytics.
• Customer & Partner Integration: Architect scalable integration with ERPs and pharmacy systems.
• Technical Governance: Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to teams.
• Innovation & Modernization: Identify automation opportunities and reduce technical debt.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product owners, leads, and enterprise architects.
• Business Process Insights: Understand end-to-end data flows to guide design.
• Adoption of AI: Drive AI adoption and scalable AI-enabled solutions.
