Cardinal Health is seeking a visionary Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architectural vision across our logistics, retail freight-pay, and audit solutions. You will influence executive leadership, translate complex processes, and guide technology roadmaps in a modern SAP/ Salesforce/GCP ecosystem.

You will drive modernization efforts, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives while mentoring teams and shaping enterprise architecture practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 8–15+ years in technology, with 5+ years in solution/enterprise architecture roles.
• Experience in large-scale transformations and system integrations (SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET/Java).
• Cloud expertise, especially GCP; AWS/Azure also valuable.
• Strong communication to executives and stakeholders; TOGAF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end architectural vision aligned with business goals.
• Present strategies and roadmaps to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead design and modernization across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET, Java, and GCP data/analytics.
• Architect robust integrations with healthcare partners' ERPs and systems.
• Provide governance, mentorship, and architectural guidance across projects.
• Drive innovation, automation, and reduction of technical debt.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end business processes and data flows.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and integrate AI-enabled solutions.
