Job summary

GRVTY seeks a Solution Architect to join our Intelligence and Defense Business area. You will translate complex tech into compelling narratives, craft technical solution roadmaps, and lead R&D efforts across proposals and captures.

You will collaborate with business development, contract execution, and SMEs to solve customer challenges in defense and intelligence domains, driving technology maturity and differentiated solutions with a focus on mission impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or STEM field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Lead engineer on government programs valued at $50M+ annual revenue.
• Awareness of GEOINT, space tech, and AI/ML implementations.
• Direct NSG systems experience and contract architectures.

Responsibilities

• Research and construct technical solutions for RFPs, white papers, IRADs, and investment areas.
• Develop technical solutions for enterprise deployments in Defense and Intelligence spaces.
• Drive IRADs with cost/time tracking and TRL maturation.
• Collaborate with SMEs across domains to drive differentiation in captures.
• Identify roadmaps to improve mission enterprise capabilities.
• Author technical components of captures and milestones.
• Support Business Development with PE, white papers, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Strengthen programs by applying technology and innovations on current and new contracts.
