Energix North America is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead the strategy and execution across its solar portfolio in North America. You will drive end-to-end sourcing, negotiate complex agreements, and align procurement with development, EPC, finance, and operations.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of solar equipment markets, with MBA preferred. Arlington-based, on-site role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in procurement/sourcing, with utility-scale renewable energy experience.
• Proven leadership and complex contract negotiation experience.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV equipment markets and global sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement strategy for utility-scale solar across development, EPC, and operations.
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing, RFPs/RFQs, and complex supplier contracts.
• Drive negotiations and manage master service agreements and POs.
• Mentor and scale the procurement team across a fast-growth company.
• Align procurement with project finance objectives and lender requirements.
