Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp Procures major equipment and services for solar and energy storage projects from RFP to PO/contract execution. You will identify new vendors, maintain supplier performance databases, and manage supplier strategy to meet project needs.

The role reports to the Director of Procurement in Houston, with a remote work schedule and travel up to 15%. Requires authorization to work in the United States and strong contract management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management and/or Procurement.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in solar and/or construction field project over $30M.
• Knowledge in contract management and change order management.
• Experience with supplier reviews and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize procurement of materials/services.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers in line with strategic goals.
• Lead RFP process and gather required documents/data.
• Prepare RFPs with qualified suppliers and align with project schedules.
• Negotiate Equipment Supply Agreements and related contracts.
• Monitor supplier compliance to contract terms and project requirements.
