Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source, negotiate, and manage contracts for SW, SaaS, Cloud, and hosting IT sub-categories. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to determine purchase approaches and vendor selections.

The role emphasizes compliance with procurement policies, driving value, and supporting integration activities post-merger. Domestic travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of procurement experience in sourcing SW, SaaS & IaaS, with strong knowledge of software licenses and SaaS terms.
• Highly organized with excellent time management; able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Independent, confident, and thorough; demonstrates integrity in position.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Background screening including employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, and related checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contractual and commercial negotiations with SW, SaaS, and Service provider vendors.
• Oversee vendor engagements and implement Vendor management with strategic partners.
• Promote savings through proactive negotiations and benchmarking of supplier rates.
• Contribute to establishing and communicating procurement goals and improvements.
• Coordinate Global Procurement with IT, Finance, Legal, Services and Operations.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with Global Procurement policy and procedures.
