Job summary

CACI seeks a talented Software Product Owner to lead strategic execution, own backlog, and govern release readiness. You will work with engineering leadership to define scope, drive DoR/DoD, and ensure alignment with mission objectives.

A strong technical foundation, clear communication, and Agile expertise are essential. You will collaborate across teams, provide technical tissue for stories, and validate implementations against original feature decompositions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with a STEM degree or 5+ years with a Master.
• 3+ years as a Technical Product Owner or Team Lead in an Agile environment.
• Excellent technical and nontechnical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Decompose features into discrete technical items with API contracts and data flows.
• Provide technical context to ensure stories meet definitions of ready and done.
• Own and groom team backlog and ensure DoR/DoD compliance.
• Lead sprint events and remove blockers with engineering leadership.
• Validate delivered features against mission intent and requirements.
