Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or related field.
• Proven ability to source and advance acquisition opportunities.
• Ability to build relationships with founders and executives.
• Strong understanding of software businesses, especially vertical-market software.
• Practical AI fluency and responsible application to research and sourcing.
• Willingness to travel within the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess investment opportunities in vertical-market software.
