Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 2-6+ years of experience as a Software Delivery Analyst, Business Analyst, or Software Project Manager.
• Experience guiding and managing technical projects from inception to completion and delivery.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to talk through technical and business challenges with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira or other project management/delivery tools.
• Experience with SQL or other data tools would be a plus.
• Experience using scripting languages such as Python would be great.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of technical and software projects for stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
• Simplify complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Ensure ongoing communication plans while leading customer and technical meetings.
• Establishing project milestones and timelines, and providing regular progress updates.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to identify critical systems that require changes and essential features that need to be developed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to execute low impact scripts, contributing to data-related tasks within projects.
• Leverage relevant tools to analyze and interpret data, extracting valuable insights to inform decision-making processes.
