Job summary

Verint is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for SW, SaaS, Cloud and hosting IT categories. You will determine purchase approaches, candidate suppliers, and drive supplier selection across departments.

You will lead negotiations, secure measurable commercial outcomes, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Services and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, with 3+ years in software/SaaS sourcing.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations and renewals.
• Experience reviewing software/SaaS agreements and terms with Legal.
• Ability to manage multiple software/SaaS projects with governance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Leads negotiations with SW, SaaS, Cloud, hosting vendors.
• Oversees vendor engagements, renewals, supplier selection.
• Delivers savings through contract optimization and benchmarking.
• Supports software/SaaS category plan and pipeline opportunities.
• Reviews pricing, licenses, renewal rights, and terms.
• Coordinates with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Operations.
• Ensures procurement activities follow policy and procedures.
