Job summary

CACI is seeking a Sensitive Activities Planner to join a threat analysis and operational planning team supporting USASOC/USSOCOM, TSOCS, and other partners. You will provide All Source analysis, target development, and planning for national programs and complex projects.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience (or an associate with more), and strong communication with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum three years’ experience in Sensitive Activities and military operations coordination.
• Experience with portals and real-time knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded Sensitive Activities Planner.
• Develop threat analyses and assessments against national/global threats.
• Identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
• Incorporate multi-domain intelligence for target development.
• Deliver actionable SA options to inform decision-makers.
• Mentor junior analysts and integrate input from multiple teams.
• Advise leadership on solutions to emerging capability requirements.
• Modernize ARSOF SA and irregular warfare capabilities.
