Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Sensitive Activities Planner to join the team delivering mission-critical advisory, training, and operational support services for national security.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and synchronizing sensitive activities, with a path to contribute across combatant commands. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with senior leaders to develop concepts of operation and planning products, ensuring information protection and security

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able and willing to obtain polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and synchronizing sensitive activities, IW, OIE, CI, HUMINT, and/or compartmented activities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and synchronizes sensitive activities in support of campaign objectives and operational guidance.
• Develops concepts of operation, annexes, and planning products including IW, OIE, CI, and HUMINT activities.
• Facilitates senior-level meetings and planning sessions to enable decision-making and mission integration.
• Ensures adherence to information protection and security requirements throughout planning and execution.
• Develops measures of performance to evaluate sensitive activity outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinates with Intelligence Community, DoD, interagency, allies and partners to ensure de-confliction and capability alignment.
• Produces briefs and documentation supporting governance and execution of sensitive activities.
• Performs network or nodal analysis to inform targeting and mission planning.
