Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ experience.
• 6+ years of TF targeting lines of effort experience (TDNA/DNEA) or MOS equivalents.
• Experience in dark web, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, or cyber analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis of publicly available data and commercially available data, signals intel, cyber, and the execution of analytic functions.
• Conduct dark web research and analysis in support of multi‑intelligence production (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, Cyber).
• Identify and assess data leaks, breaches, dark web marketplaces, and emerging cyber threats.
• Produce integrated intelligence products that combine dark web insights with signals, human, and cyber intelligence reporting.
• Provides senior‑level expertise in intelligence analysis to support multi‑disciplinary fusion activities and SOFETOPS mission.
• Performs tools‑based data management and supports integration across the enterprise.
• Conducts ongoing requirements analysis of theater‑specific operations.
• Collaborates with DoD and interagency partners to provide real‑time solutions to emerging threats.
• Curates and supports the development of a counter‑threat data repository.
• Identifies trends in threat development to anticipate future capabilities and reduce costs.
