Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute the company’s social presence across key platforms. Hybrid work requires in-office presence at Bellevue, WA or other listed locations, with a focus on engaging content and performance-driven strategies.

You will partner with communications, product marketing, and design teams to align campaigns, manage calendars, and produce live programming, while reporting on KPI-driven outcomes and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience managing social media channels for a B2B technology or enterprise software company or related industry.
• Proven track record developing and executing organic social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Experience using social media management and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content with internal and external partners.
• Monitor channels daily, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and report KPIs to optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with Communications, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Design on campaigns and launches.
• Stay current on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to enhance Tanium's digital presence.
• Partner with executives to develop thought leadership content for cybersecurity.
• Maintain a social media content calendar and align with the editorial calendar.
• Produce LinkedIn Live programming and post-event repurposing across channels.
• Provide real-time coverage at industry conferences and events.
