The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence at Addison, TX, three days per week, with ongoing collaboration across Communications, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years managing social media for B2B tech/enterprise software.
• Experience with organic social strategies and measurable engagement.
• Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, and communications teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content with internal and external partners.
• Monitor channels daily, respond to comments and mentions to foster engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and report KPIs to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align content with campaigns and launches.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and platform updates to enhance presence.
• Develop thought leadership content with executives for cybersecurity.
• Maintain a social calendar and align with editorial plans.
• Produce and manage LinkedIn Live programming and post-event content.
• Provide real-time coverage at conferences and events.
