Grunt Style is seeking a Social Media & Content Lead to own the day-to-day organic presence, content calendar, and platform strategies across all channels. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on creation, including shooting, editing, and publishing engaging content that aligns with launches and events.

You will collaborate across Creative, Brand, E-commerce, Influencer and Marketing teams, shaping content to the brand voice while supporting paid-social and large productions when

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3+ years in social media or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing brand social accounts and creating short-form video.
• Experience with both organic and paid social content and analytics.

• Own day-to-day organic social presence and content calendar aligned to launches and events.
• Concept, shoot, edit and publish platform-native social content across channels.
• Monitor trends, optimize content with timely, on-brand posts and campaigns.
• Support paid-social creative and collaborate with influencer and production teams.
• Own social performance reporting and deliver insights to marketing partners.
