Job summary

Henry Schein in the United States is seeking a social media manager to own the day-to-day voice of Henry Schein Dental across major platforms. You will set the strategy, create content, engage with the community, and demonstrate measurable impact on the business.

You will partner with Corporate Communications to align brand storytelling and executive voice while delivering a cohesive, data-driven social program. A background in digital marketing and a passion for health care brands are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field; industry certifications a plus.
• 8+ years of social media management or digital marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic social strategy for U.S. Henry Schein Dental; set KPIs and align with business goals.
• Monitor platform changes and audience responses; translate into best practices.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications on brand, reputation, enterprise stories, advocacy, and executive voice.
• Write, design, shoot and edit social-first content; partner with creative resources when needed.
• Run publishing cadence across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and others; manage content calendar.
