Onit, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support a diverse portfolio of customers and drive outcomes across adoption, engagement, and long-term success.

You will work with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience while helping customers maximize the value of Onit’s AI-centric platform. This role emphasizes data-driven insight and proactive relationship management across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology environment and handling multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer success across a portfolio, supporting adoption, engagement, retention and growth.
• Lead customer engagement through direct interactions and scalable programs like webinars.
• Monitor health and usage trends to identify risk and opportunities and take proactive actions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders (Legal Ops, Finance, IT) as a trusted advisor.
• Develop product expertise and guide customers to maximize Onit’s value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Marketing, Product, and Account Management.
