Next Street’s Advisory practice seeks a high-performing Senior Analyst in New York to grow within a dynamic team. You will own workstreams, perform rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis, and help shape client recommendations.

You will produce client deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans. Collaboration across teams and entrepreneurial drive are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• 2+ years work experience with a top-tier professional services firm.
• Experience conducting research, analysis, and project management in a client services context.
• Desire to build a business and take entrepreneurial initiative.
• Demonstrated capacity for collaboration and teamwork at all levels of tenure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis through industry/market research, financial analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Create client deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Develop actionable recommendations and supporting implementation plans.
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients.
• Support business development efforts to attract new clients and augment existing relationships.
• Contribute to firm knowledge development and dissemination.
