Qualifications

• 5–7+ years at a top-tier professional services firm with financial services or strategy background.
• 2+ years in managing project teams with client leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment for problem solving.
• Demonstrated collaboration across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 active project teams with scoping and planning.
• Manage client relationships and day-to-day communications.
• Oversee project profitability and resource utilization.
• Develop and deliver client-focused recommendations and materials.
