Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Olive Branch, MS is seeking an Inventory Manager - Slotting & Materials to lead slotting operations across distribution centers. You will oversee the Slotting team, develop procedures, analyze strategies, and drive improvements in inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, utilize High Jump WMS, Excel, and SQL for data-driven decisions, and mentor staff to build strong operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to inventory.
• Experience supporting slotting and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Slotting team to ensure accurate, timely slotting.
• Develop and maintain slotting procedures and training materials.
• Analyze slotting strategies and communicate risks and impacts.
• Drive slot performance metrics with reporting and operations teams.
• Cross-train staff and develop business acumen across the dept.
• Improve inventory accuracy and warehouse process efficiency.
• Act as SME for data entry in WMS and product data issues.
