Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Site Project Leader to scope and drive projects within the Site Master Plan, aligning with the M&S network strategy. You will coordinate site and global stakeholders to ensure governance and timely execution.

This role supports New Product Launch commitments and performance improvements to meet patient needs and supply targets, driving end-to-end project delivery with a focus on cost, schedule and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Project management or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage significant projects with schedule and cost control.
• Experience with digital tools to support project execution and monitoring.
• Preferred: degree in chemical/biochemical/pharmaceutical engineering or business/finance.

Responsibilities

• Develops with sponsor the objectives/scopes and strategy of the project.
• Accountable for Project planning including Timelines, costs, scope and risks.
• Presents the project in the corresponding PPM governance committees for review and decision making.
• Leads and monitors with an End-to-End Mindset the execution of one or multiple projects.
• Manages project controls: review of project deliverables / expenditures, reporting, follow ups, management of project changes and risks.
• Is responsible for the overall achievement of the objectives of his/her project(s).
• Acts as an interface within the scope of the project with site functions / external operational contacts.
