Job summary

Sanofi in Framingham, MA is seeking a CMC Demand & Supply Leader to drive end-to-end Demand & Supply planning across R&D, Clinical Development and CMC operations. You’ll align project strategy, clinical and regulatory plans to define an optimized E2E demand and supply plan while managing cost and risk.

You will forecast demand, lead cross-functional teams, define sourcing and supply strategies, and report KPIs to optimize performance in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS in sciences or engineering with relevance to R&D/CMC and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in Demand Management in R&D/clinical development is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and GCP regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative work with Global project Management, Clinical Development and CMC to define clinical assumptions and CMC hypotheses to forecast Clinical Demand.
• Forecast Long Range Plan Demand based on assumptions worked with interfaces.
• Consolidate non-clinical & clinical demand and propagate to M&S Global Supply Chain.
• Integrate all Development Demand and align with operational plans (CMC, CSO, TMED, DMPK, PCS) and Regulator submission/approval plans.
• Run forecast & alignment scenario with associated risks and costs to support strategic project decisions and budget definition.
• Co-lead Demand & Supply Sub Team and ensure End to End supply optimization with the contribution of key stakeholders.
