Clariant in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager – Site & Maintenance to lead end-to-end sourcing across facilities management, MRO, utilities, energy, and fluids. You will shape category strategy and deliver measurable P&L impact through savings and supplier development.

You will partner with regional and global teams to drive value transformation, optimize spend, and elevate procurement as a key business partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with preferably 10+ years of proven procurement experience in a multinational organization; MBA is a plus
• Demonstrated track record in indirect categories such as facilities management, MRO, utilities, or energy
• In-depth category knowledge and ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
• Continuous Improvement certification (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, primarily within the United States

Responsabilités

• Define and regularly review category strategies for Site & Maintenance in alignment with regional leadership
• Implement site & maintenance sourcing best practices using a Total Cost of Ownership approach
• Deliver business objectives with clear financial and non-financial KPIs and measurable P&L impact
• Manage and optimize the supplier base; identify, develop, and onboard new suppliers
• Drive supplier base simplification and tail spend management
• Lead value transformation projects with regional and global stakeholders from ideation to execution
• Build and manage relationships with strategic suppliers and stakeholders across locations
• Participate in regional and global performance forums such as Indirect Spend SteerCo
• Simplify and automate non-value-added procurement activities
• Execute multiple sourcing initiatives with agility, urgency, and results orientation
• Elevate procurement value within each business unit with tangible outcomes
