Clariant Corporation in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for Site & Maintenance to drive end-to-end sourcing across facilities management, MRO, utilities, energy, and fluids. You will shape category strategy, collaborate with regional/global teams, and deliver measurable P&L impact through savings initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement, strong KPI delivery, and willingness to travel up to 20% within the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of proven procurement experience in a multinational organization.
Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20%, primarily within the United States.

Responsibilities

Define and regularly review category strategies for Site & Maintenance (facilities management, MRO, utilities, energy, and fluids).
Implement site & maintenance sourcing using a Total Cost of Ownership approach to drive efficiency and cost optimization.
Deliver financial and non‑financial KPIs with measurable P&L impact.
Lead supplier development, onboarding, and tail spend management to improve performance.
Drive value transformation projects from ideation to execution.
