Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders and developing executive communications
• Strong written, verbal, and visual storytelling capabilities

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated communications strategies to elevate brand visibility and executive thought leadership
• Collaborate with site leadership and Genentech external affairs teams as site spokesperson
• Develop an internal communications strategy to keep employees informed and aligned
• Coordinate external partnerships and community outreach efforts
• Ensure crisis management alignment between site and enterprise frameworks
