Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager to provide strategic leadership for planning and supply chain operations across manufacturing facilities and contract partners.

The role drives demand, supply, inventory, capacity and SIOP processes to align customer demand with operational capabilities and business objectives. The successful candidate will lead the FTS Business Unit planning, collaborate with Operations, Business Units, Sales, Engineering, Procurement,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
8+ years of progressive supply chain and planning experience.
3+ years of leadership experience managing managers and multi-site teams.
Experience leading SIOP, inventory optimisation and supply chain transformation.
Strong experience with ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop Planning Managers and Supply Chain leaders across multiple locations.
Own end-to-end planning governance: demand, supply, inventory, capacity, master scheduling.
Drive regional and global SIOP processes and executive reviews.
Improve customer delivery performance and manage inventory investments.
Partner with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and executives to align plans with business objectives.
