Job summary

PFNonwovens is seeking a Supply Planning professional in the United States to develop and maintain data, models, and reporting for accurate supply plans and SIOP decision support. You will ensure inputs are timely, accurate, and actionable.

The role focuses on planning analytics, demand forecasting, inventory modeling, and production scheduling, using Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems to drive informed decisions and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply planning or production planning in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading planning teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP) and advanced Excel/planning tools; Power BI preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SIOP dashboards and reports (Power BI).
• Prepare monthly SIOP reporting package and KPIs.
• Analyze performance vs. plan (forecast, production, inventory).
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain demand history and forecast datasets.
• Develop and consolidate the sales forecast.
• Track forecast accuracy, bias, and drivers.
• Maintain inventory projections, capacity models, and line loading models.
• Perform scenario analysis and what-if modeling.
• Provide planners with accurate demand, inventory, and capacity inputs.
• Support linkage between mid/long-range forecasts and short-term production planning.
• Analyze constraints and schedule scenarios.
• Support production scheduling activities including work orders release.
• Maintain planning master data; ensure ERP/reporting tool consistency.
• Support data integration and automation initiatives.
