• Strong knowledge of sign fabrication methods and materials.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent math, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with estimating software and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with vendors and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications to understand full scope.
• Calculate all costs including materials, labor, equipment, and installation.
• Generate bids and proposals for clients and front office.
• Manage vendor and supplier quotes.
• Collaborate with design, production and installation teams.
• Track estimated costs and bid status for future estimates.
• Communicate with clients to explain estimate rationales.
