Job summary

McKinstry seeks a Program Manager to lead full lifecycle programs in Seattle Shop, from NPI to award through closeout. You will serve as key customer liaison and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, quality, and cost.

This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Commercial, and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Manufacturing; relevant experience may substitute degree requirements.
• 5 years of progressive experience in project management, manufacturing operations, or construction; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project controls or manufacturing operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full program lifecycle from award through closeout; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to customers and leadership.
• Develop strategies to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and manage capital, materials, and production plans to meet demand.
• Monitor financial performance and control change orders and invoices.
