Job summary

McKinstry in Spokane is hiring a Program Manager to own full lifecycle programs from award to closeout. You will interface with customers and internal McKinstry teams to align scope, schedule, quality, cost, and risk across the Shop network.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and guiding project controls to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. A PMP/OSHA-30 certificate is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Manufacturing required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in project management, manufacturing operations, or construction.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project controls or manufacturing operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal McKinstry and external Shop customers on Scope, Schedule, Quality, Cost, Risk, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Develop strategies and plans to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.
• Manage the full program lifecycle from award through closeout, including start, execution, and closeout materials.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to customers and internal leadership.
• Align customer expectations on capacity, delivery schedules, contract terms, and conditions.
• Lead and facilitate customer-facing meetings with structured agendas and follow-up actions.
