Job summary

Big Top in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to own the operating results of Shipping, Yard, Logistics, and Finishing. This exempt role reports to Plant Leadership and leads multiple departments to ensure safe, timely, and accurate shipments.

You will manage labor, carrier relations, and ERP discipline while driving continuous improvement and cost control in a high-velocity manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of shipping, logistics, warehouse, or related experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and shipping systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns shipping, yard, logistics, and finishing department performance.
• Leads and coaches department staff to meet KPIs.
• Plans daily execution aligning labor and capacity to meet shipments.
• Owns inbound/outbound shipment execution including carrier scheduling.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety within shipping operations.
• Maintains KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
