Job summary

The Wonderful Company seeks a Shipping Supervisor at our Mission, TX facility to supervise and coordinate activities of workers handling receipts and shipments. You’ll study notices, invoices, and orders to determine priorities and methods, oversee loading/unloading, and guide the team to meet schedules.

Responsibilities include preparing bills of lading, directing shipment movement, and ensuring accurate, safe operations while maintaining a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years' experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Study shipping notices, invoices, and orders to determine shipping priorities and methods.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities for accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Direct movement of shipments from shipping/receiving platform to storage and work areas.
• Prepare bills of lading and provide instructions to subordinates.
• Ensure safety and address employee grievances; maintain productive work environment.
