Job summary

Strategic Legal Practices in Los Angeles is seeking a deadline-driven Offers and Settlements Specialist to manage an active caseload, preparing, tracking, and advancing settlement offers with speed and accuracy.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients and manufacturers, negotiate terms, draft correspondence, maintain case files, and coordinate across departments to keep matters on schedule. Law firm experience and bilingual English/Spanish are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm environment is required.
• Ability to calculate, negotiate, and advance offers independently.
• Demonstrates urgency, deadline accountability, and reliability.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Close attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of active matters, prioritizing across competing deadlines.
• Calculate offers and prepare offer letters and supporting documentation.
• Draft, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence and client communications.
• Maintain meticulous case files and communication logs.
• Serve as point of contact for clients and manufacturers throughout the offers process.
• Negotiate offer terms with manufacturers/opposing counsel, escalating to attorneys as needed.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to keep cases on schedule.
