Job summary

LSB Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Category Manager – Services to advance procurement capabilities and manage end-to-end sourcing, supplier management, and process improvements. The role oversees MSAs, SOWs, and contractor onboarding, partnering with site operations to ensure safe, continuous, and reliable manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Category Management/Strategic Sourcing/Procurement
• 3+ years sourcing and managing industrial contractors
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Admin, Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategy for services and manage contractor base
• Collaborate with Corporate & Site stakeholders for RFx, SOWs, and MSAs
• Lead contractor negotiations for favorable terms (rates, overtime, per diem)
• Draft MSAs and SOWs using corporate templates to mitigate risk
• Set up/maintain contractors in the Contractor Management System
• Manage Approved Contractor List (ACL) and monitor compliance
• Track safety, quality, schedule, and cost; drive corrective actions
• Prepare reports for Corporate and Site leadership
