Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience, especially in services procurement.
• Proven experience with strategic sourcing and supplier evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong communication with internal and senior stakeholders; data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with company policies, FAR/DFAR compliance, and contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive overdue purchase orders down with daily follow-up and escalation.
• Improve supplier on-time delivery and address chronic underperformers with corrective actions.
• Secure timely PO acknowledgement from suppliers including price, quantity, and terms.
• Track metrics (overdue POs, OTD, cycle time) and report to leadership.
• Source, negotiate, and procure services across multiple categories.
• Manage requisitions through payment and resolve process issues.
• Conduct price analyses and lead negotiations with suppliers.
• Review service procurement requests for compliance and optimize pricing and terms.
• Maintain supplier relationships in line with policies and keep accurate records.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor daily metrics.
