Qualifications

• 5+ years of invoicing and collections experience in an office or administrative environment.
• Experience working in a small office environment and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer service contracts, maintenance agreements, purchase orders, work authorizations, and customer-specific contract requirements.
• Create and maintain service work orders, project records, and customer accounts within CRM and service management platforms.
• Coordinate invoicing, collections follow-up, and warranty documentation.
• Maintain contract files and ensure proper execution, storage, and accessibility of project records.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support operational and management decision-making.
