Job summary

Nations Roof is seeking an Office Manager for Yonkers, NY, in-office, to support service operations and contract administration. This role focuses on accurate invoicing, collections follow-up, and CRM data integrity across multiple systems.

You will work closely with the Vice President, Service Director, and Service Managers to ensure proper project documentation, onboarding, and final invoicing, while maintaining strong customer communications and timely records.

Qualifications

• Experience in invoicing and collections within an office setting.
• Strong administrative and contract documentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data integrity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain service work orders, project records, and customer accounts.
• Coordinate invoicing, billing compliance, and collections follow-up.
• Administer contracts, renewals, warranties, and related documentation.
• Manage CRM data across Salesforce, Jobba, and Data forma.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep records accurate.
