Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking a Purchasing Specialist (Service & MRO) to manage procurement for the Georgia Plant. You will oversee PRs, equipment services, outsourcing, and MRO items, driving cost savings in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of purchasing experience, with bilingual Korean/English skills and strong vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years in purchasing, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual Korean and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end purchasing for Service & MRO items from PR to payment.
• Procure specialized factory services, outsourcing, and maintenance items.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors; manage SLAs.
• Track PO progress, PR/PO/GR status, and AP closings.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor performance metrics.
